ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on the Customforgift.com website's "Track order" page using your order number and email. Alternatively, log in to your account and visit My Account > My Order.
 
During busy occasions like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times may be extended. Cut-off times are publicly displayed on our website, and we DO NOT guarantee on-time arrival or take responsibility for late deliveries for orders placed after cut-off dates.

1): Taxes (If charged) shoulde be afforded by customer.

2): The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries(especially shipping addresses outside NA or EU), bad weather and international couriers.

Customforgift.com is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
 
Changing your address is eligible within 8 hoursof placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.
